  1. More lies from Phil Roehrs and the city of Virginia Beach. The city has planned to use Crab Creek as a Dredge Material Transfer Station since at least 2011, presented this plan to the US Army Corps of Engineers in 2015 and to the Dix Creek (II) dredging SSD community just last year. This has always been the plan for this site.
