  1. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I brought this up at Monday afternoon’s Open Space Advisory Committee meeting. This property had been mentioned at least three times at previous OSAC meetings. City Councilman Josh Shulman was at today’s meeting and said this had come up at a different meeting earlier in the day. He or someone else said that Bay Board approvals had already been given and pretty much every other hurdle had been jumped that would allow for this construction. The OSAC is only an advisory committee to the City Council. It can only advise that the city acquire a property if the owner offers to sell it to the city.
