Variance Request
Encroachment into the Resource Protection Area (RPA) 50 foot landward buffer and variable width buffer to construct 2 single family residences with a shared driveway.

  1. This needs to stop! All these variances and resining requests need to be denied!! A developer or proposed homeowner should not brr Ed allowed to encroach 50 ft into a preserved area. No!

  2. This proposed landfill into the RPA will only exasperate the flooding of shore drive and increasingly drive water up the canal that forms north of shore drive.
    Unless the proposal is revised to minimally impact the RPA (i.e. build on stilts with no land fill into the water area)
    please write opposing comments to the planning board
