I agree, Michele. The neighborhood of Chesapeake Beach and it’s 2 lane roads, especially Pleasure House Road, cannot handle the load of more density. The approval of (especially) A-36 zoning at Windsong Apartments in Chesapeake Beach will open the door to many other developers who will expect the same allowances for increased site density and thus neighborhood density.
