People keep referring to the structure being built along the road as condos which is not correct. The structure adjacent to Shore Drive is apartments for senior living. Condos are being built on the other side of the apartments along the beach.
I’d be worried about hitting my head on the condos there. Better wear a hardhat if your going.
The Lesner Bridge was named after my great uncle, John Adam Lesner. I’ve been trying to find info on the walkover to no avail. What is the purpose of this event?
The basic idea was inspired by other walk overs like what occurred at CBBT.
An opportunity to safely stroll over the superstructure before it was closed for traffic.
