What they need to acknowledge is that there is a major distinction in transient rentals if the host lives in a similar house or not. In case not it’s a speculation else it assisting with covering the bills like local charges.
What they need to realize is that there is a big difference in short term rentals if the host live in the same house or not. If not it’s an investment otherwise it helping to pay the bills like property taxes.
