  1. Some people get a lot of joy (that is that thing that many healthy people feel) from taking their companions to walk on the beach and throw balls and sticks. Kind of hard to do that on a leash. Many more people than 33 in two years enjoy (there is that word again) JOY, Happy, healthy – times with their healthy (again) mind and spirited animal. So in two years half of 33 were unleashed, so the other half were leashed? So why allow dogs anywhere at all anywhere ?? OH my… because they poop?? dogs on leashes poop too, why not take chicken away next or children on the beach or music. I’m sure music is next. Russia.
