Now, it’s finally getting off the ground. And Viau’s back.

This time, instead of knocking back a cold one, he’s shoring up concrete for an apartment complex.

“Happy hour on a Friday – this was the place to go,” said Viau, project manager for Clancy & Theys, the general contractor.
