​The City of Virginia Beach Cultural Affairs Department is seeking an artist to create a stunning new Gateway to the Bay!⁠ ⁠ In collaboration with the Bayfront Advisory Commission and partnering City departments, we've identified a new gateway mural opportunity to welcome visitors to our Chesapeake Bay communities and beaches! ⁠ ⁠ We're looking to engage an artist or artist-led team to create large-scale murals on the 12 columns and headers on both sides of the Shore Drive underpass at Route 13.
