The VB Works app, which is now available and is powered by SeeClick Fix, enables citizens to submit service requests such as pothole repairs, traffic light problems, or bulky item pick-ups directly from their mobile devices. When submitting issues via the mobile app, residents can provide locational, descriptive, and photographic information as they see the issue in real time.
