1. I am a dog owner and lover of all dogs but not all dog owners. The inconsiderate ones don’t pick up their dogs’ poop in parks or at the beach, and they sure don’t use leashes! Perhaps if Virginia Beach had more convenient dog parks where pooches could run free while being supervised, fewer would pollute. Of course, there will always be those jerks who spoil it for the rest of us.
