Trees pictured above would come down under all 3 Alternative proposals.
An excerpt of a comment from previous post at SDCC.info about this proposal:
I don’t understand the reason for ANY if these three proposals. Even when Duck In was hosting their famous Friday night parties, everyone (even drunk drivers) managed to exit onto Shore Dr without problems.

Jason B. Wilson is a [redacted].
Who or How many pernicious developers are [redacted]?!
This is INSANITY to take down beautiful mature trees.
It absolutely devalues the land 1000 fold.
This once quiet residential area is now destroyed by excessive loud turbulence and traffic decibels.
Developers have been permitted to violate all set back laws. The exhaust pollution is overwhelming. The speeds allowed for vehicle traffic need to be lowered to 25-30 mph.
Sound Barrier Walls and thick trees need to be implemented flanking ALL of Shore Drive.
When we come off the beach we are waxed with diesel exhaust everyday and our lungs are too.
The RPA Lines and RMA lines along our coast line have been lied about to City PLanning Dept. the ARMY Corps of Engineers, City Council, Mayor across the board to rip out our Dunes, alter the air flow resulting in repeated sand loss, costing the local tax payer millions annually and yet this illegal conduct continues.
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
