Clerk: By a vote of 3 to 4, the motion to approve has failed so the application of Sandler at Indigo Bay, LLC is denied.

Upon motion by Mr. Miller, seconded by Mr. Ripley, to APPROVE the application of SANDLER AT INDIGO BAY, LLC, AS CONDITIONED, FAILED, due to a negative vote. Consequently, the application was DENIED.
