President Todd Solomon called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM. Sixteen members were present.
This month’s meeting will begin with a special program. The presentation topic will be ” The Lynnhaven River 2007 Project”.
Despite the extra $45 million the increased assessments are expected to generate, Spore said Friday the city can?t afford to reduce the current property-tax rate.

We will then determine a course of action, team and chairperson for each of these top priorities. Here is the list created at the January meeting. Additoinal goals will be entertained prior to the priority setting and course of action work.
