Years ago, I think I saw a proposed CIP for the Phase of Shore Drive improvement between the Lesner and Marlin Bay Drive which considered closing either Roanoke Avenue or West Stratford Road at their intersection with Shore Drive. Does anyone know if that was decided and if so, how would that impact this wonderful pedestrian amenity?
