Does phase 3 consist of retail, eatery, health center or senior living?
The “scope” of the project indicates “Improve storm drainage”. Of what area exactly? We were told that no connections from communities North of Shore drive were to tied in to the water diversion into Cape Henry Ditch, until Phase IV. But Phase IV has been defunded. But the “alignment data” looks like there will be construction along the streets North of Shore Drive. It looks like construction of drains perhaps, tying into the Shore Drive roadway drainage system, which would end up in the Cape Henry Ditch. Also, there are a number of rights of ways called out for “public drainage” of areas North of the Shore Drive roadway. Am I reading this wrong, or is the Cape Henry ditch going to see added load from areas North of the roadway?
