TRACKING DOWN HISTORY –  Before Lesner Bridge, crossing Lynnhaven Inlet was the work of a trestle and trolley car

A lot of water has passed under the bridges at Lynnhaven Inlet, with railroad companies playing a large role in their history.   

But local lore suggests the need for bridges is relatively new, and Adam Keeling can be blamed for that.
