Mayor Oberndorf will discuss her 21st century vision for Virginia Beach and answer questions on issues related to Shore Drive at 3556 on the Bay on Monday morning October 13 from 9:30am.to 11am.  Please carpool or walk.as parking is limited. 3556 is adjacent to the Lesner bridge on the west side.
