Indigo Dunes’ Army Corp of Engineers[ACOE] provisional permit is expiring soon.

We applaud the ACOE for requiring more information about the project & especially for the ACOE’s plan to schedule a public comment period.

Since Indigo Dunes was made public in June 2006, they have received exactly -0- permits that allow any kind of construction to begin.
