You should get DEQ’s comments on your comments about mid-September

Just letting you know that the next State Water Control Board Meeting
will be Oct. 16 & 17 in Richmond at the usual place and Indigo Dunes
will be on the agenda.  I won’t know the exact date it will be heard
until the agenda comes out.  I expect it will be the 16th but will keep
you posted.
