There’s been a bunch of anecdotal evidence that other developer’s permit applications submitted to DEQ have been & still are required to include their financial docs.

You probably remember Indigo Dunes was allowed to “slide” on submitting theirs to DEQ.
Could it be because of press reports of their ~$500M profit destroying/developing PHP?
