The agenda for the meeting will cover the following:

  * receive updates from Committee members concerning design, communications and fiscal matters identified as part of the work plan for the coming year
  * receive updates from City staff on the status of private and public development projects and enforcement issues
  * receive briefings from private developers on proposed projects
