The Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF) respectfully requests the Commission to consider moving the time and location of the July 25th appeal hearing of the Virginia Beach Wetlands Board decision of Sandler at Indigo Bay, L.L.C.

In addition, CBF believes that the public interest in this matter is similar to that in the Consol Coal Permit for which the Commission held an evening meeting at a public location.
