The Virginia Beach Council of Civic Organizations will hold its monthly general membership meeting at 7:00pm on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center, 1000 19th Street. The meeting is open to open to the public and there is no charge to attend.  No registration is required.
